Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
3. Include the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RA number) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

• Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
• PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different product:

1. Follow the standard return process to return the original item
2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website
3. In the order notes, mention that this is an exchange and include your original order number

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund for the original item (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items
